LoungeUp is searching for a new paid, full-time intern that speaks English on a native or near-native level, as well as a good level of French, for a duration of 6 months starting in January 2022.
As a Customer Success Intern at LoungeUp, you will work within the Customer Success team, made up of you and 4 Account Managers. You will be each of the Account Manager’s right hand man/woman, helping them with the important behind the scenes work that goes on when dealing with LoungeUp’s clients. If you are interested in learning more about client account managing and working in an agile company with the space to grow and improve your computing skills as well as your French, this is the internship for you.
You will be in charge of:
- Creating Hotel Applications, email and SMS automated campaigns which make up the LoungeUp product offered to clients
- Use of English and French to carry out the translation of important information such as press release notes
- Helping the support team resolve client’s technical requests directly
That being said, LoungeUp is a fast moving company and therefore your role will evolve as the Customer Success team evolves. This means that your tasks may vary, and there is the opportunity for you to make the most of the job and leave your mark on the company.
