LoungeUp is a leader in CRM solutions for the hospitality industry, with thousands of clients in over 40 countries. We are looking to accelerate our growth in Northern Europe (Ireland, UK, Scandinavia) focusing on mid and large accounts (large properties and hotel groups). To achieve this goal, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager.
Based in Paris, within the sales team, and possessing a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through multiple channels and managing the entire sales cycle in the region.
Proactively prospect and qualify incoming leads to generate new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Understand prospects' objectives and develop strategies to offer relevant solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Precisely manage your sales pipeline and keep the CRM up-to-date.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and functions to enhance visibility and brand recognition.
