LoungeUp is a pioneering start up in the HotelTech industry and it is currently the European leader for CRM solutions in the hospitality industry. The company consists of a team of 20 people spread between Paris (Sales, Customer Success and Marketing), Toulouse (Tech) and Madrid (Sales in Spain+LATAM).

In a few words, the SaaS LoungeUp platform allows hotels and other tourist accommodation (holiday clubs, camp sites, apartment managers) to simplify their guests’ stays, to increase the sales from additional services and to manage guest data more efficiently at a time when the personalisation of the experience is an essential differentiating factor.

The company is lucrative and it is growing exponentially (more than 2000 establishments in 40 countries are already using our service). These clients include hotel chains (Best Western France, Groupe Lucien Barrière, mmv,...), camp sites (Homair, AMAC…) but also independent establishments, from establishments rated 3 stars to Palaces.

Job Description

LoungeUp is searching for a new paid, full-time intern that is a native English speaker with a good level of French to start in January 2020.

The job will mainly entail marketing work, although tasks are varied to a degree.
Amongst other things, you will be in charge of:

  • updating the company blog,
  • helping the marketing manager with social media,
  • optimising the website for search engines,
  • analysing website traffic,
  • translations and producing sales-related documents.

You will also have more technical tasks in the Customer Success team, ensuring our customers always get the best possible set up for their guests and get the most out of our plateform.

Preferred Experience

  • Native english speaker with a good level of French
  • Studying in an English university and look for a placement on their year abroad

Recruitment Process

  1. Skype call with 2 people (30 minutes)
  2. Skype call with 1 person for some exercices (1 hour)
